Before you start your return

If you change your mind about a product or find the size isn’t quite right, you can return it to us. We are happy to accept returns that are received within 28 days of delivery for all items.

• Be unwashed
• Have all labels attached
• Be unused/ not worn
• Have no make­up, fake tan or other marks.
• Pierced jewellery or swimwear cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

Item(s) are to be returned to us within 28 days of receiving your order.

After goods are received & quality checked your refund will be credited to the original payment method We aim to process your return within 14 working days of receipt.

We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 28 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 28 days may be returned to you.

1) Click the button below link to our returns portal – You’ll need your email address and order number handy! (This can be found on your order confirmation email).

2) Let us know what you’re returning and why – this helps us improve our products in the future.

3) Choose your preferred return method.

4) You’re done! You’ll receive either a printable return label to attach to your parcel, or a mobile QR code to scan at your chosen drop off point!

Please remove or hide your original delivery label to avoid your parcel being returned back to you.
